ever talked to a chic and she kind of tightened her face and seemed uninterested in your conversation,bcoz your breath smelt so bad.

What to do
it’s just not a guy’s problem ,girls have it too
i remember talking to a girl in a bus and men! she could talk,she kept going on and on for hours,
The funny thing is that i didn’t even pick up any thing from the conversation, i was trying to hold my breath and avoid smelling that foul smell
Oh my God it was disgusting

how do you know when you have bad breath
simple…..Touch the back of your hand with your tongue, and then smell it. This is a simple test which may tell you something you need to know.

Also Drink lots of water.Your mouth stinx when it’s dehydrated,take a lot of water in the morning,this keeps your mouth hydrated and fresh

then get a good sugar free chewing gum,chewing a gum makes your mouth release saliva and that saliva cleans your teeth and gums

Very important tip when brushing try brushing your tounge ON THE SURFACE very gently ,not to hard though you could bruise your tounge.
I aint a medical doctor but i heard the bacteria that cause bad breath reside somewhere ariund the tounge.

chew some Parsley leaves.Chewing some will leave your breath fresh.

And instead of paying for a mouthwash use lemon juice as a natural mouth wash,mix a cup with water and use,works well.

Most of the products are good,stuff like closeup but to me they dont leave a long lasting effect

i was once offered a cigar to smoke,i kind of declined knowing its future implications

It is rumored that my president,the president of nigeria is a chain smoker and puffs packets of cigarettes everyday,well thats not the issue .Well isnt it fascinating when you watch smokers gather together puffing their cigars and feeling cool with themselves.Actually its kind of a social thing,like people do it to feel among.
well Tobacco smoking is the act of burning the dried or cured leaves of the tobacco plant and inhaling the smoke for pleasure, for ritualistic or social purposes, self-medication, or simply to satisfy physical dependence or addiction.
I would attribute the reason to why people smoke to fufill social purposes and to satisfy physical dependence.

i had this notion untill i discovered that Tobacco smoke contains nicotine, an addictive stimulant.

when somenone first puffs a cigar the person experiences an increase in alertness and memory, and mild euphoria

when he eventually withdraws he experiences confusion, restlessness, anxiety, insomnia, and dysphoria.

Now this is the problem,when you start puffing,your craving also starts,when you decide to stop,nicotine being a stimulant compels you to crave more of it.

I have heard of people who quit smoking but they went a step further and started weeding,smoking marijuana.Now smoking is a social activity and if you are not smoking you aint current,or you are outdated.

well for starters smoking can cause cancer and heart disease.thats why the cigarette manufacturers warn you that smokers are liable to die young.Cigarettes kill hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.

getting a smoker to quit is quite herculean,some smokers are awarwe of the adverse effects smoking does to their bodies but they cant help it,they really cant.
